Gutter Cleaning
The Blue Canary is committed to keeping your gutters clear and free flowing. We will ensure that all roof, valleys, gutters and down pipes are clear of excess leaves, sticks, dirt and debris. We will flush gutters and downpipes. We will check over your oof and gutters and can make minor repairs where needed, like replacing broken tiles, repointing or reflashing etc.
When cleaning your gutters we may use high powered blowers, Industrial vacuums or bucket and hands.
If you have gutter guard installed we will remove it where necessary, clean beneath it and then re-fit the gutter guard. We can also repair or replace damaged gutter guard.

These branches can cause roof and gutter damage and allow easy access for possums.
Possum/Bird prevention
We can setup a barrier around areas where birds or possums could enter your roof, solar panels or any other hidden areas. All barriers are fitted snug and neatly so as to prevent the re-access of possums or birds. Some of their favourite spots include solar panels, eaves, air vents and other roof cavities.
Minor Roof Repairs & Leak Detection
We can repair or replace broken tiles, seal guttering and make minor repairs.
Work at Heights Trained
The Blue Canary is safety consious. Our staff are trained in working at heights and can access any work area safely.
Gutter Guard Installation
We can install heavy duty, fire resistant, metal gutter guard on your property. Or pick a product of your choice and we can install it.
Solar Panel or Skylight Cleaning
We can clean your solar panels and skylights. We will not use high pressure when cleaning your skylights or solar panels.
Window Cleaning
We can clean your windows inside and out. Service can include the removal, clean and re-instatement of fly screens, cleaning of frames and sils and re-instatement of fly screens.
Commercial, Strata and real-estate maintenance
We frequently service near completion dwellings, body corporate complexes and realtors. We would be more than happy to provide references and evidence of previsious work for any new clients as piece of mind.
